What is the Selection Criteria for Choosing the Project?

We are currently trying to shortlist the best options for our Muslim Seniors Residence project. The progress might seem a bit slow, mainly due to the reason that the projects of this nature and magnitude take time. 

Secondly, we have our own selection criteria for such projects, which is:

1. A project with closing date of less than two years.

2. ⁠A project with most units still available for sale. 

3. ⁠A project with delayed completion due to current condo market slump. 

4. ⁠Builder’s incentives to buyers, such as discounted price etc. 

5. ⁠Located within the GTA.

6. ⁠credibility of the builder in terms of past projects completed.

During our search it has been observed the builders and their sponsors do not want to publicize such projects for fear of negative publicity resulting in loss of buyer confidence. 

Trying to establish contact with such builders and financial institutions is taking time. However, we feel that the end result would be worth waiting for. We are confident to get good deal for our Seniors, where they can spend their retirement years in peace and comfort they deserve.
