When will this project be launched?

The project will launch as soon as we have enough committed participants. There is strength in numbers. The larger our group, the better our bargaining position with the builder to secure a better price for our members. We are currently shortlisting condo builders who are in the process of launching their projects and still have many units available. This way, we can acquire these units for our members at a discounted price. The condo market is currently in a slump and is expected to remain so for much of 2025. It is in the best interest of both builders and financial institutions to sell these units to avoid accruing interest charges over time.

Our group members can help by spreading this concept within the community, especially among retirees who are empty-nesters and ready to downsize.
