Whom is this program likely to benefit the most?
Mostly retired people who want to have an independent living with comfort and convenience at an affordable cost and within a reasonable distance from anywhere in the GTA.
They would most likely be empty-nesters who already own a home, which they don’t need as their kids have grown and moved away. It is time for them to downsize.
Those who have old parents living with them but due to their busy work schedules are unable to look after them properly. They need a facility where their parents can be accommodated but would prefer a community living where people from their similar social and cultural background are available to network and communicate with whenever needed.
Those people who are close to their retirement and are looking for a smooth transition to their next phase in life. They are looking forward to living with people of similar faith and linguistic background in order to be able to communicate freely and feel comfortable and enjoy their retirement years.
