Options

Currently our team is working on three options, which could deliver quick results and also fulfill the needs of Muslim seniors community. These options are explained separately on this website. Options 1 and 2 are based on acquiring existing condo buildings, which are currently under construction and might be delayed due to current condo market slow down. Each options has its own distinct advantages as well as downsides. Option 3 envisages building a seniors home facility from scratch. It depends on how many members are keen to participate in this program. It is undoubtedly the most time consuming venture but can have significant advantages in terms of cost savings as well as providing tailor made solution best suited to the needs of Muslim seniors.
